Our Story
Founded in 2025, Certified PM Solutions (CPMS) was established by Industrial Engineer and Information Systems expert Jorge Chumaceiro to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution. We observed that many high-performance organizations struggle not with vision, but with the operational engineering required to deliver it.
We exist to architect the resilient, automated systems that drive results, from hardening Cyber Security frameworks to deploying agile IT Infrastructure. Our focus is on precision and speed, transforming teams into high-velocity units that deliver measurable value.

Jorge Chumaceiro

With over 10 years of experience spanning global business development, analytics, and process improvement, Jorge has built a career at the intersection of complex Engineering and Information Technology. Before founding CPMS, he led mission-critical initiatives for global financial institutions and energy leaders, managing budgets exceeding $3M and oversight for portfolios valued at over $100M.
Jorge holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems, a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering, and prestigious certifications including CAPM, Certified ScrumMaster, and AWS Cloud Practitioner. His approach combines the analytical rigor of an industrial engineer with the adaptive methodologies of a modern DevOps leader.
